This is, hands down, the best meatloaf. If you like sweet and sour, you'll love this simple, inexpensive recipe. Sweet and sour meatloaf is delicious and you probably have most of the ingredients on hand. This is not your typical, dry meatloaf. It's extremely moist and packs a punch of flavor! Serve it with mashed potatoes and a veggie...like steamed broccoli or fried okra and you have a delicious dinner that'll make anyone's mouth water! Tip - I like to double the recipe when I make this one. Just cook both at the same time, then freeze one. All that's necessary is to just warm it up.

2lbsGround Chuck
1Small Onion (chopped
1Egg
1/2cupItalian Breadcrumbs
1/2tspSalt
1/4tspPepper
1 8ozCanned Tomato Sauce
1/4cupVinegar
1/4cupBrown Sugar
1tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1tspMustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well
In a small saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Bring to a slight boil and stir.
Pour about 1/4 to 1/2 of the sauce into the meat mixture and mix well, with your hands. (Be sure to let sauce cool enough before you put your hands into it.)
Spray a 9x13 casserole pan with non cooking spray.
Put meat mixture into casserole pan and form a loaf. With your little finger, poke several holes in the top.
Pour the remaining sauce on top of loaf.
Put into preheated oven and cook approximately one hour.
Let rest for about 10 minutes before you slice it.
