Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

This is, hands down, the best meatloaf. If you like sweet and sour, you'll love this simple, inexpensive recipe. Sweet and sour meatloaf is delicious and you probably have most of the ingredients on hand. This is not your typical, dry meatloaf. It's extremely moist and packs a punch of flavor! Serve it with mashed potatoes and a veggie...like steamed broccoli or fried okra and you have a delicious dinner that'll make anyone's mouth water! Tip - I like to double the recipe when I make this one. Just cook both at the same time, then freeze one. All that's necessary is to just warm it up.
