Ingredients
1 1/2 - 2lbsGround Beef
½onion finely diced
1 13.4oz.can mushrooms stems and pieces
1can cream of mushroom soup
1egg
¼cseasoned breadcrumbsI used Italian breadcrumbs
1teaspoongarlic powder
1packet onion soup mix
1packet brown gravy mix
1cupwater
1Tablespoonolive oiloptional
Instructions
In a bowl, mix the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion soup mix, and onions. Mix just enough to combine all the ingredients together or the patties may be tough or chewy.
Measure the mixture in ½ C amounts and form into patties.
Fry in a pan or electric skillet until browned on both sides.then carefully stack the patties in the slow cooker.
In a large measuring cup or bowl, mix the gravy mix, cream of mushroom soup, water and mushrooms. Stir with a whisk or a fork to blend.
