1Head of cabbage
2cupsbroccoli floretsfrozen or fresh
6Italian sausagesgrilled or cooked
1cupmilkI use skim
1/3cupcream cheeseoptional
3Tbspbutter
1CupColby jack
1Cupmozzarella
1TbspTony Chacheresor your favorite seasonings
1Tbspminced garlic
Instructions
In a dutch oven or large skillet, put milk, butter, minced garlic (and cream cheese) over medium heat.
While butter is melting, add chopped cabbage, broccoli, cheese, seasoning and cut up sausage to your skillet or pot.
Cover and cook until cabbage & broccoli are tender...about 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
