Oreo Poke Cake is a chocolatey delight that will satisfy any sweet tooth! It's easy to make & extremely satisfying for any choc-a-holic! Great for parties, backyard BBQs or any occasion!

Ingredients
1Chocolate cake mixPrepare according to directions on the box
2boxes Instant Oreo pudding mix
3cupscold milk
1 8oz.container of whipped toppingI use Cool Whip
10 -12Oreoscrushed (You can also substitute store brand)
Chocolate Syrup for garnishoptional
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray. Set aside.
Make your cake according to the directions on the box and bake for 25 minutes. Test to see if it's done by inserting a toothpick in the center. If it comes out clean, it's ready.
Once the cake is done, let it cool for 15-20 minutes and then take a wooden spoon and poke holes in the cake.
Make the Oreo pudding with 2 boxes of pudding mix and 3 cups of cold milk.
Blend the milk with the pudding mix but don't over blend. Normally you would want the pudding to be thick, but for this recipe, you want it to be a little thinner. If the pudding is too thick, it will make it harder to seep down into the holes.
Pour the pudding over the top of the cake and spread it evenly.
Top the pudding with the whole tub of whipped topping.
Crush up the Oreos and sprinkle evenly over the whipped topping.
You can squeeze chocolate syrup the top of the cake for an additional garnish.
