These are the best sugar cookies that you'll ever put in your mouth! They're light and flavorful with a hint of almond flavoring. They literally melt in your mouth!

Ingredients
1cuppowdered sugar
1cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1cupbutteror margarine
1cupvegetable oilI use Canola
4cupsplus 4 heaping Tbsp. flour
1tspsalt
1tspbaking soda
1tspcream of tartar
2 - 3tspalmond extract
1tspvanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream together the powdered sugar, granulated sugar, butter (or margarine), and oil until light and fluffy.
Beat in 2 eggs.
Add the following: flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar, vanilla and almond extract. Mix well.
Roll in small balls, (about an inch in diameter.) and dip in sugar/cinnamon. (You can also use colored sugar)
Lightly press each ball down flat.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes or until light brown.
