Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings 3 -4

Ingredients

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce I use Sweet Baby Ray's
  • 1 cup Sweet Orange Marmalade I use Smuckers
  • 2 TBSP Soy Sauce I have left this out and I couldn't taste the difference
  • 3-4 Chicken Breast Cut into chunks
  • 1 cup give or take Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil I use Canola

Instructions

  • In a sauce pan, add the marmalade, BBQ sauce and soy sauce. Heat on low and let simmer. Be sure to stir.
  • Pour a thin layer of oil into a skillet and turn stove on med/high heat.
  • Cut up chicken breast into chunks. In one bowl, beat the 2 eggs and put flour in another bowl.
  • Dip chicken pieces in egg, dredge in flour, then add to hot skillet and cook 4-5 minutes on each side and/or till chicken turns golden brown.
  • Once cooked, drain on a paper towel.
  • Put chicken in a large bowl and pour orange sauce over it. Stir or toss, making sure each piece is completely coated.
  • Serve with fried or steamed rice and veggies. Broccoli goes great with this dish. Add egg rolls for a true Chinese dining experience and ENJOY!
