Chocolate Eclair dessert is not only quick and easy to make, but is super delicious, to boot! This is a total crowd pleaser that is family favorite! This awesome dessert features graham crackers, fluffy vanilla pudding and a delightful chocolate frosting. Make it the day before so the dessert has time to set and the flavors can meld into a treat for your tastebuds!

Ingredients
23.4oz packages instant vanilla pudding
3 1/2cupsmilk
12oz.whipped topping
114.4 oz. box graham crackers
Frosting:
6Tbspbutter
6Tbspmilk
2cupspowdered sugar
6Tbspcocoa powder
Instructions
Blend vanilla pudding and milk for about 2 minutes. (I put the mixture in a bowl with a sealable lid and shake.
Fold in the whipped topping and blend well.
Using a 13x9 casserole dish, put the first layer of graham crackers on the bottom. (You may need to break a few to fit and completely cover the bottom.)
Pour half of the pudding mixture onto the crackers and spread evenly.
Put another layer of crackers on top of the pudding and layer the same as the first layer.
Pour the rest of the pudding mixture on top of this layer.
Put the final layer of crackers on top of the pudding with the bumpy side down for easier spreading of the frosting.
Frosting: Combine the butter and milk and warm in the microwave enough that they are melted together. DO NOT BOIL.
Add the cocoa powder and powdered sugar and blend well. Either use a fork or a mixer.
Pour over top of graham crackers and smooth out the frosting all the way to the edges.
Note: Frosting will be thinner than a normal frosting.
