Ingredients
1/3cupbutter melted
3/4cupsugar
3very ripe bananas
1large egg
1tspvanilla
1/4tspalmond extractoptional
1tspbaking soda
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4tspnutmeg
1 1/2cupsflour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare a loaf pan with butter, oil or cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar.
Add the bananas mash them then mix into the butter and sugar mixture.
Add the egg, vanilla extract and almond extract and blend well.
Mix in the baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan bake for about 45-50 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. OVEN TIMES VARY. If the toothpick comes out with batter still on it, put it back in a cook for 5-10 more minutes, until done.
