No Bake Chips Ahoy Cookie Pie Recipe
Two words describe this dessert…Easy and delicious! If you’re looking for a dessert that will literally please everyone, this No Bake Chips Ahoy Cookie Pie is it! When you combine chocolate chips cookies and milk with anything, how could you go wrong?
Not only is it easy and delicious, you can make it for under $5! I haven’t used another brand of cookies, but I’m sure it would be just as delicious, no matter which kind you use and you could also try different varieties of Chips Ahoy…say the chunky kind!
I used Lite Cool Whip to take a few calories out. I’ve even used Fat Free Cool Whip and it works just as well! It’s really hard to mess this pie up. And the best part is you don’t have to fire up the oven! I love that it’s a No Bake dessert!
Let’s Make It!
All you need are these three ingredients, plus a cup of milk to dunk the cookies!
Dunk each cookie in the milk and place them in the bottom of the pie shell.
Spread 1/3 of the Cool Whip on top of the cookies.
Dunk 8 more cookies in milk and put them on top of the whipped topping. Repeat one more time with 8 more cookies and top with the remaining Cool Whip. You will use 24 cookies (8 for each layer). Lastly, crumble up 2 more cookies (I placed them in between two paper towels and crushed them with a heavy drinking glass), sprinkle them on top of pie and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving. Overnight would be even better!
Easy peasy!
That’s it! Takes about 10 minutes to whip up and you will have them going back for seconds! Delicious, creamy and melts in your mouth!

Your chips a hoy cookie (or Oreo) pie looks good but wouldn’t it be easier if.1 you crush some of those cookies and mix it with the cool first and.2 place the cool whip, cookies mixture in the pie crust then line the crust with cookie then finish it with the whip topping ending with with cookie?it’ll make it a better pie.
Hi George! You can certainly try that! When you dip the cookies in the milk, though, it softens them. I’m not sure if the Cool Whip will do that, even if they’re crushed. But, with any recipe, you can take it and tweak it as you want. Doing the step of dipping them first really doesn’t add any extra time. It’s a quick, easy and delicious dessert! If you try it, let me know how you like it! 🙂
